WELCOME TO SPECIALIZED CHALLENGE SERIES AND GIANT DIRT DEMO DAYS
Specialized and Giant have set up six new events for 2008 to give you a chance to challenge yourself and test ride Specialized and Giant's bikes on some of the UK's best trails.
Specialized and Giant have partnered with Singletrack, Lupine, Sram, SIS and Dirt Divas to give you even more technical support and the guaranty of a safe and fun ride on Specialized and Giant's demo bikes.

Specialized are dedicated to developing products designed for women and are now introducing FREE Women's only Dirt Divas biking sessions as part of the Specialized Challenge Series. 4 fully qualified MIAS Dirt Divas coaches will run the sessions focusing on novice / intermediate riders and will guarantee safety and heaps of fun. They will cover key skills for correct body position, understanding traction, braking techniques, climbing & descending, and the thrills of single-track. There will be 2 sessions at 3 events, each 2 hours long (morning and afternoon sessions) with a maximum of 6 women per coach. The value of a Dirt Diva day course is usually £85, so don't miss out on this great opportunity.
You can use your own bike or why not use this opportunity to test-ride one of Specialized or Giant's women specific mountain bikes.
Three more reasons to take part:
Become a Riders Club member for free:
The popular Specialized Riders Club launched in the US a year ago is now coming to the UK. The official launch here is not for another couple of months but we are giving Specialized Challenge Series participants an early free membership as part of their registration.
The riders club is designed to help its members find organised rides and invite others to join them. It is also a place to read stories and see photos from other members' rides as well as share your own. Finally and by no means the least, Riders Club members benefit from exclusive access to events and special member's treatment. More to be unveiled closer to the time of launch...
Join us fight for a cure:
For 2008, Specialized will unveil a limited edition Komen Propero Helmet. £7.99 of the sale of the Komen Propero will go to benefit a UK Breast Cancer Charity to help raise awareness and fund research for breast cancer. In addition, for each woman registering to the Challenge Series, Specialized will be giving £7.99 to that same charity. Terms and conditions apply *.
* Donation for the first 250 female participants. One donation per participant.
